SerenAI (AI Anxiety & Stress Management Companion) services (the "Services") are provided by Betech Pvt LTD to its customers (each, a "Customer") through our website and other supported platforms.
These Terms establish legally binding conditions governing the Customer's access to and use of the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Our General Terms and Conditions and any additional terms applicable to specific services.
1. General Conditions
- SerenAI is a mental wellness service operated by Betech Pvt LTD.
- By using the Services, the Customer agrees to these Terms, the General Terms, and the Privacy Policy.
- An agreement is concluded for an indefinite period upon use of the Services.
- The Customer may terminate the Agreement by unsubscribing.
- The Customer must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
- Betech Pvt LTD is not responsible for content removal, service interruption, or damages beyond reasonable control.
2. Content
- The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Betech Pvt LTD may modify, add, or remove content or features at any time.
- No warranty is provided that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- Customers are responsible for their own data usage and connectivity costs.
3. Fees
- Subscriptions may be daily or weekly, where applicable.
- Example pricing: Rs. 6 + applicable taxes per day.
- No refunds are available once payment has been processed.
- Betech Pvt LTD may offer promotional data or fee waivers at its discretion.
4. How to Subscribe
Customers may subscribe using the activation methods made available on the platform, including carrier billing or other supported payment methods.
5. How to Stop Subscription
- Unsubscribe via My Account → Unsubscribe or support channels.
- Access to all subscribed or downloaded content will be revoked after termination.
- No refunds for early termination; access remains valid until the end of the paid period.
6. Third-Party Terms
- Certain content may be owned or provided by third-party developers.
- Betech Pvt LTD is not responsible for third-party functionality or terms.
- Third-party integrations (e.g., social media logins) are governed by their respective terms.
- Customers should review third-party policies before use.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, graphics, and trademarks are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
